乐鹏

 武汉大学教授,博导。湖北省空间信息智能处理工程技术研究中心主任,遥感信息工程学院地理空间信息与位置服务研究所所长。国家优秀青年科学基金获得者,入选国家万人计划“青年拔尖人才”、教育部“新世纪优秀人才”、武汉市“黄鹤英才计划”、武汉大学“珞珈特聘教授”等。先后曾兼任IEEE地球科学与遥感协会(GRSS)地球信息科学委员会主席,国际开放地理信息联盟(OGC)中国论坛主席,国际摄影测量与遥感协会(ISPRS )第六委员会秘书长,国务院学位委员会测绘科学与技术学科评议组秘书等。主要从事地理信息系统软件、网络地理信息与位置智能服务、空间数据库、高性能地理计算的研究。

2000年毕业于原武汉测绘科技大学,2003年、2007年在武汉大学分别获硕士、博士学位,其中2004年至2007年在美国乔治-梅森大学博士联合培养。先后承担完成了国家973863、国家自然科学基金等项目,主持国家重点研发计划课题等,发表学术论文100余篇(SCI/SSCI/EI检索90余篇),专利和软件著作权6项,出版中英文著作2部,参与6部英文书籍章节编写,以国产GIS平台软件为核心合作开发电网GIS服务平台和跨平台GIS内核,组织出版《IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing》地学数据溯源专辑和《Earth Science Informatics》地理信息智能服务专辑,先后获2013年欧洲空间信息基础设施欧盟挑战赛“水晶牛奖”,省部级一等奖3项。
